Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Piper, 'Piper' is an excellent example of our fourth generation of our breeding and fifth generation of Labradors that we have owned at
Amber Sky/Rumajas Labradors. She is one of our darker fox red Labradors at Amber Sky. Piper has refined "English"
type characteristics, a nice head type complimented
by a soft kind expression on her face with dark amber eyes. She has a nice amount of bone and has grown into her frame nicely as she has matured. She is not a bigger female and weighs
approximately 65 pounds. Piper has a nice happy go lucky temperament and is happy to interact with everyone she meets. She loves attention, adores attention, and does not leave your side if you are the
one that is petting her. Piper has a well bred pedigree and was sired by our own Woody (Amber Sky Crimson Woodrow Will) and whelped by our own
Pippy (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Pip). Her grandsire was the first fox red Labrador to earn an American Kennel Club Championship,
Am. Ch. Keepsake Cajun.
Piper is a descendant from one of our two foundation bitches, Terra (Rumajas Lady Terra) a stocky English type chocolate Labrador
Retriever. She comes from a long line of Labradors that we have bred on her dam's side, the list would include: Pippy
(Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Pip)
Lumpy (Rumajas Amber Sky Pride and Joy) her paternal grand-dam, and Jake (Rumajas King Jake) her
paternal great-grandsire. We were also fortunate to own several Labradors behind Piper with their relationship
detailed in her pedigree: Brodie
(Balcroft Crow Haven Reprise) one of our foundation stud dogs, and Tilly
(Miss Chantilly Lace of York) a dark yellow female Labrador that is behind many of our fox red labradors. Piper has matured into a beautiful, athletic,
English lab and we are excited for her to pass along her exceptional qualities and traits to her pups. We are excited for the impact that she will have
on our Fox Red Labrador lines.
