Amber Sky Crimson Woodrow Will - 'Woody'
(Kelleygreen's Crimson Tide II x Bohunkus' Gold Star SH)

April 26, 2006

Amber Sky Crimson Woodrow Will, 'Woody' is one of our fox red stud dogs now in retirement. Woody will compliment Rudy in our breeding program as he is not related to any of the fox reds that we currently own and breed. He has matured nicely since arriving at Amber Sky in June of 2006. Woody loves the snow and the cold weather, it is when he is at his happiest. He tolerates the summer, however he is a happy dog when the cold comes in. Woody has continued to mature as stud dog and will continue to thicken and fill out as he comes closer to his third birthday. He is a people oriented dog and this is never more evident than when he is out and off lead. He never wants to roam to far away from you as he loves the company of people. Woody has continued to be an inquisitive dog and loves to look at everything going on around him before he investigates anything further.

Woody has an outstanding pedigree and was sired by Kelleygreen's Crimson Tide II a beautiful fox red male Labrador Retriever and was whelped by Bohunkus' Gold Star SH a dark yellow female who finished her American Kennel Club Senior Hunter title. He is the sire to our Penny (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Penny) and Piper (Rumajas Amber Sky Crimson Piper).

Woody is full of energy and is a very sociable and loving dog. As a puppy his only goal was to be with you at all times so that he can play, run, and sleep close to you. Woody's goal has remanined the same as he has continued to mature into a young adult. Woody has good bone, a great topline, and a nice square head for his age. Woody is developing a soft, inquisitive expression as he continues to mature and grow. We are confident that he will continue to mature into a beautiful fox red Labrador Retriever.
