Rumajas Amber Sky Sugar No Stopping, also known as Yuppy is a calm, loving, English Labrador Retriever. She is an excellent example of our 7th generation of
breeding and the 8th generation that we have owned going back to 1990. When born Yuppy was about half the size of her littermates. Her mother was a good mother
and took great care of her. No matter how much milk or food that Yuppy got she remained very small when compared to her littermates. At her 8 week check up
Yuppy was still tiny and the vet suggested feeding her separate from her littermates. My children decided that the best place to do that would be in the house.
This is the story of how Yuppy came to be one of the house dogs.
Yuppy has a calm, loving personality and is a friend to everyone she meets. She is one of the first to greet you when getting home and the first to notice
something different. She loves, loves, loves to swim and retrieve or just retriever. She will do it as long as you want to throw. She enjoys her time on her
Kuranda and has been a great amassador here for the past several years greeting all new persepective puppy buyers.
We have owned a line of her ancestors dating back to 1990.
She is sired by our own Turk (Rumajas Amber Sky Sugar Turk) and whelped by our Raven.
Both Turk and Raven have very strong pedigrees and merging them together has created an even stronger pedigree for Yuppy. Her pedigree goes
back to two of our foundation females, Terra (Rumajas Lady Terra) and
Naomi (Cupid's Touch of Daylyn). Additionally Yuppy's pedigree also goes back to one of our foundation
stud dogs Jeb (Gaines Mill Jeb) therefore has a number of Labradors that we have
bred behind her over 7 generations.
The pedigree line from Yuppy to Terra is the following; Yuppy's sire is Turk (Rumajas Amber Sky Sugar Turk), her grand-dam is
Stripe
(Rumajas Amber Sky Stripe), her great-grand-dam is Mara (Rumajas Amber Sky Mara), her
great-great-grand-sire is Chuck (Rumajas Amber Sky Charlie Brown), her great-great-great-grand-sire
is Star (Rumajas Amber Sky Lone Star), her great-great-great-great-grand-dam is
Sasha (Rumajas Lady Sasha) who is a
daughter of Terra.
We also bred the following dogs behind Yuppy which have led to many of her outstanding characteristics; her great-grand-sire is
Luke (Rumajas Amber Sky Lucas), her great-great-grand-dam is Ellie
(Rumajas Amber Sky Elliot), her
great-great-grand-dam is Matilda (Rumajas Amber Sky Waltzing Matilda), her great-great-great-great-grand-sire is
Johnny (Rumajas Amber Sky John Henry), and her great-great-great-grand-dam is
Jacklyn (Amber Sky Jacklyn's Honor).
Yuppy is an excellent example of our 7th generation of breeding. We are excited for the pups that she will produce with so many of the dogs behind her being
bred at Amber Sky.
